I’ve done this before, but I’m really planning on trying this time. Here goes:

  • Run, run and run some more. The real goal here is to just get out and relax. That goal in itself it decent but I’m adding an official 5K each month. I’ve got January and February covered with the Frigid 5K. Race information is at Columbus Running Company.
  • Care Less and Care Selectively. Ok so before you think I’m a jerk let me explain. In the past I got caught up thinking some things were really important and hindsight has allowed me to see that they weren’t nearly that important. This goal is to help me choose the right things to care about.
