January 5K

I made the first 5K in 2010, barely. I ran the Frigid 5K, sponsored by the Columbus Running Company on the 30th. Nothing like waiting until the last minute. I have to say it was cold, 19 degrees at the start of the race. I did manage to finish before the guy with one lung and asthma!
